Payment:

Payment methods: Paypal.

Payment must be made in full before the sketch, or 50% before the sketch and 50% after the completion of the artwork.

Inclusion in the waitlist will only occur after payment confirmation.

Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, you will own the copyright to the finished work.

Use of the work:

The contractor is granted permission to use the finished work for their own purposes, however, resale or authorship claim is strictly prohibited. In case of edits or alterations, a meeting will be necessary to discuss this request, as inappropriate modifications may compromise the quality of work and my professional reputation.

By agreeing to these terms, you also agree that works created exclusively for you may be displayed in my portfolio for illustrative purposes.

Limitation of liability:

In the event of physical, technical, or natural limitations (such as power failure due to storms), the delivery deadline may be extended. The contractor is exempt from any delays resulting from these situations.

Communication and collaboration:

It is mandatory to provide all necessary information for the execution of the work at the time of ordering, such as elements, colors, among others.

All information provided after the contract has been closed, such as inclusions and removals, will be considered, but it is not guaranteed that they will be applied.

I am available for communication from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Except for national holidays and those related to the State of São Paulo. My maximum response time is 24 business hours.

The channels for communication are via direct message on Twitter/X or Discord.

Additional charges:

If the work becomes significantly complex, differing from the initial request, additional charges will apply according to the requested changes, if accepted as informed in the previous section.

Refusal of work:

I reserve the right to decline any work that I consider offensive or contrary to my professional values.

Cancellation policies:

In the event of cancellation requested by the contractor, a fee will be charged based on the percentage of work already completed. In case of completion of the work at the time of the cancellation request, it will not be possible to cancel it, as it will be available for delivery.

In the event of cancellation requested by the contractor, a full refund of the amount paid by the client will be made.

Delivery of the Work:

A period of 7 (seven) business days is determined for the delivery of the work after acceptance of the contract and verbally indicated by the contractor. This period may be extended due to the requested complexity, with the new deadline being informed during the contracting process.

The work will be made available through the hiring platform, such as Twitter/X and Discord, where a redirect link to an exclusive folder within my directory on Google Drive will be provided. I can also deliver the file via email or directly through Discord if I have Nitro. The download period for the file via Google Drive will be up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after the completion and submission of the work, absolving the contractor of the responsibility of making the work available after this period.

If there is a need to make the work available again after the original availability period, a fee of R$ 5.00 will be charged, plus 10% of the total work value. The work will only be made available again if the file is still saved.
